Very satisfied with customer service. I had to send my first shipment back because the Kilt was too large. Within 3 days, after they had received my package, I received my new shipment.
Unfortunately instead of smaller the new kilt was larger. One mail on the same day to customer service and a new shipment was made although the return shipment was not send back yet.
3 days later i received a new kilt in the proper size.
All in good quality. I got very nice reactions from friends and family about the tartan kilt i ordered.
I would recommend Kilt and More to anyone. Customer Service can give you the feeling that everything wil be allright. And you know what............it really does.

I purchased a kilt, buckle and belt from Kilt And More. Living in Germany, I was a little sceptical about their ability to ship this in an acceptable time frame. The company informed me that both the belt and buckle were on back order, but kept me updated of every step of the process from order to dispatch (including tracking number with the logistics company).

The quality of the products is excellent and my impression after this first order is extremely good. I will use Kilt And More in the future.

You will not find a better packed box! We take huge amounts of care to ensure your order will arrive intact.

All fittings are packed inside of boxes with large amounts of padding and bubble wrap and are then packed inside another well padded box for an additional layer of protection. Oversized packages can be delivered in a crate.

When an item is in stock, it will take from 3 to 6 working days for delivery. Stock statuses are available on the product pages. Custom made item take a time 7 days processing and next 3 to 6 days delivery
