I ordered online and one item turned out to be out of stock. I was emailed immediately to advise of this. When I later contacted the company I found them very helpful. As the item would not be available in time they helped me find a suitable alternative.

I ordered a Kilt and a Kilt pin. To begin with, the customer service has been more than helpful, not only about the product but with matters concerning Scottish customs which I had no idea about.
I payed for the 24h dellivery, and it was the best decision.The product arrived at 8:00am next morning.
Finally, both the kilt and the kilt pin, are axactly what I expected.
Overall experience: 10 out of 10, even more considering that they went past the seller-customer relationship to help me.

You will not find a better packed box! We take huge amounts of care to ensure your order will arrive intact.

All fittings are packed inside of boxes with large amounts of padding and bubble wrap and are then packed inside another well padded box for an additional layer of protection. Oversized packages can be delivered in a crate.

When an item is in stock, it will take from 3 to 6 working days for delivery. Stock statuses are available on the product pages. Custom made item take a time 7 days processing and next 3 to 6 days delivery
