I was very nervous about ordering from an unknown company so far away. The first part of my experience, the online ordering, was very easy. The website is set up to make the size, color and item selection simple. When I had a question I typed it into the box and immediately got a response from a real person. About 5 days after ordering I found I had made a size mistake and was able to contact them to change it, which they did on the day it was shipped. The kilt material is high quality and heavy. The blazer and vest are stunning. Shoes are solid. This is a Christmas gift for my Scottish husband and I cannot wait to see him wear it. I was SO excited when I opened the box and the contents not only met my expectations, but surpassed them. Thank you!!! Also, the entire Tartan Kilt And Accessories costed about $700 Canadian total. This includes the duties and taxes charged at the border.

You will not find a better packed box! We take huge amounts of care to ensure your order will arrive intact.

All fittings are packed inside of boxes with large amounts of padding and bubble wrap and are then packed inside another well padded box for an additional layer of protection. Oversized packages can be delivered in a crate.

When an item is in stock, it will take from 3 to 6 working days for delivery. Stock statuses are available on the product pages. Custom made item take a time 7 days processing and next 3 to 6 days delivery
