I recently ordered a kilt from them. It arrived much quicker than expected, the look is really nice but there was a mistake in the size and it's very small.
I immediately wrote them an email explaining what happened and the response was immediate, within minutes. They are sending me another kilt with the correct measurements as soon as possible.
I hope it arrives soon, I can't be happier with the customer service and the quality/price ratio, excellent. Totally recommendable.

You will not find a better packed box! We take huge amounts of care to ensure your order will arrive intact.

All fittings are packed inside of boxes with large amounts of padding and bubble wrap and are then packed inside another well padded box for an additional layer of protection. Oversized packages can be delivered in a crate.

When an item is in stock, it will take from 3 to 6 working days for delivery. Stock statuses are available on the product pages. Custom made item take a time 7 days processing and next 3 to 6 days delivery
